They’ve done it again!
Every year, Neil Patrick Harris, his hubby David Burtka, and their twins Harper and Gideon have some of Hollywood’s best costumes, and they continue to outdo themselves!
This year, the family was inspired by DC Comics and decided to go as The Riddler, The Joker, a tough Batman, and a super sassy Batgirl!
