Nev Schulman Says He Felt 'So Powerless' While Battling Catfish Sexual Misconduct Allegations -- For Which He Is Now CLEARED!

no title
Nev Schulman can finally relax a little, now that he has been cleared of sexual misconduct allegations that were filed against him in May by former Catfish participant Ayissha Morgan.
As we previously reported, Morgan filed two police reports detailing Schulman’s alleged inappropriate behavior while filming an episode of the MTV hit show back in 2015.
Recently, the MTV host spoke candidly about how the investigation affected him and his family. Schulman told People this:

“To be accused of something that I squarely did not do and to have the harsh judgment that followed and no way to counteract or do something in the moment to correct that was very difficult. It was frustrating. I just felt so powerless.”

The 33-year-old father and filmmaker thanked the show’s crew and fans for sticking by his side through it all:

“Luckily I had the amazing support of the fans of the show but also of my colleagues, the crew…Several people who had been on the show actually reached out to me and offered to speak up in my support if necessary. I’m just so thankful and grateful to everyone.”
