Watch out, Kathryn! You’ve got some competition.
Back in July, we learned that Kathryn Bigelow’s Navy SEAL Team 6/Osama bin Laden movie was in the works, and it was set for release on October 12th, 2012 by Sony Pictures.
Now, we’re hearing that agents are shopping around Chuck Pfaffer’s new book entitled SEAL Target Geronimo: The Inside Story of the Mission to Kill Osama Bin Laden, and it sounds like A LOT of interest by studios and producers is expected.
The book comes out on Nov. 8, and it is “full of new details about the SEAL Team Six mission that killed Bin Laden.”
Hopefully this doesn’t effect Kathryn’s movie too much! We love her, and we know she’s been working really hard on her Osama project!
OR maybe two different studios will release their Osama movies at the same time and they’ll let them duke it out at the box office. It’ll be like Dante’s Peak and Volcano all over again! Ha!
