It's Against The Rules For Kids To Blow Up Balloons In Europe

The European Union wants kids to stop having fun!
A new rule implemented by EU toy safety directive says that balloons must not be blown up by children under the age of eight in case they accidentally swallow them and choke.
Too true EU! Playing with balloons may distract children from their ever important TV watching. We can’t have that!
This next rule is even better. You know party blowers? The things that scroll out into a a long colored paper tongue when blown on that you have on new years?
Well, now — if you live in the European Union — you have to be 14 years old to use them!
Maybe someone will come out with a video game for children to virtually blow up balloons and party blowers — right before they shoot someone in the face!
Next rule: no smiling.
