The chances of being stilettoed while pAArtying it up at a club are on the rise, because according to the New York Times more MEN are stepping out in heels.
The author tried to get a definitive answer as to why, but it really depends on who she asked.
There the simple “they make a statement” explanation or there’s the more complex. One interviewer explained:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós a power thing. You├óΓé¼Γäóre higher than everybody else. You make more sound. You walk a different way. It makes your legs look better.”
He has a point there.
And for those that would classify men in heels as drag, they beg to differ. A well-heeled man insisted “this is just bringing a look to a club”.
