This is devastating!
A three-day-old infant has been pronounced dead five hours after she was attacked by the family pit bull while sitting alone on a swing.
At around 6:30 p.m. Makayla Darnell was in her swing in the living room while her parents were in the kitchen when the 4-year-old dog they had attacked the baby.
The parents said they didn’t hear a sound from either the dog or their baby.
Here’s what the father from Ohio said:
├óΓé¼┼ôIt all appeared to happen in a matter of seconds.”
The baby was flown to the hospital where she died.
Such a tragic event.
Our hearts are filled with sorrow for the newborn and her poor parents.
It’s especially awful that a similar event involving a murderous dog and a defenseless baby happened not too long ago.
