Neymar Jr. Denies Rape Accusation, Releases Nude Photos & Sexts To Prove His Innocence!

Neymar Jr. denies rape accusation

Neymar Santos Jr. wants you to know he did have sexual relations with that woman — but she totally consented to it.
Hours after he was accused of raping a Brazilian woman in Paris, the football superstar took to social media to deny the allegations and claim that the woman had tried to extort him.

In the since-deleted video, Neymar admitted to having sex with his accuser, but insisted that she consented to everything that happened. In an excerpt of the 27-year-old’s statement, as translated from Portuguese by the BBC, he said:

“I’m very upset but from now on I’ll expose or tell all about what happened with that girl. It was an intimate thing but I have to open myself up to prove that nothing exceptional happened… What happened that day was a relationship between a man and a woman, within four walls, like with any couple. And the next day nothing much happened. We kept exchanging messages. She asked me for a souvenir for [her child].”

After the Paris Saint-Germain forward gave his account, in which he claimed to have fallen for an extortionate “trap” set by the woman, the video shows a series of WhatsApp messages the athlete says were sent between him and the alleged victim.

The messages shown in the video — which began in early March and stop on March 16, the day after the alleged assault went down — include several photos and videos the woman allegedly sent the footballer that show her disrobing.
The nude photos of the woman were lightly censored with a blur effect.
Before Neymar posted the video, his father and agent, Neymar Santos Sr., went on Brazilian TV to explain why he and his son thought it was necessary to expose the alleged extortionist publicly. According to Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte, he said:

“This is a tough moment. If we can’t show the truth quickly it will be a snowball.”

Santos Sr. went on to explain the extortion allegation in the interview.

He claimed that the woman had returned to Brazil from Paris after learning that his son did not want to continue a relationship with her; a lawyer who claimed to represent her then contacted Neymar’s reps and threatened that she would file a rape report against the athlete if he didn’t agree to pay her a sum of money.
Sao Paolo police have since confirmed that a report has been filed against Neymar. The woman claimed the alleged rape happened in a Paris hotel room, and that Neymar arrived apparently drunk at the hotel. She went on to describe to police that they “touched each other, but in a given moment Neymar became aggressive and, with violence, had sexual intercourse against the victim’s will.”

The alleged victim told police that she left Paris two days after the incident, and claimed that she didn’t file her complaint in Paris because she was shaken.

Police say the woman will go through medical exams as part of an investigation.
