NFL Considers Super Bowl… SATURDAY??!

When it comes to the uncertain world of sports, *cough* NHL lockout *cough*, there is always one thing you can count on:
Super Bowl Sunday!
Now NFL officials are actually considering having a Super Bowl Saturday in 2014!!
Why would they suddenly switch everything up like that??
The 2014 game is going to be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey… an open-air stadium!
That means that it will be the first Super Bowl to be held in a topless stadium in the northeast.
Since the northeast in February can get pretty rainy/snowy/sleety, that wouldn’t be good for a football game.
The biggest problem would be if the game were to be suddenly played a day earlier or postponed several days due to snow.
That would ruin the travel plans of thousands!!
We say just roll the dice and keep Super Bowl Sunday on a Sunday!
