The NFL Received The Brutal Ray Rice Video Months Ago! Didn't They Say They Never Saw & Didn't Have It?? Oh Boy...

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has been catching some serious flak lately, and we’re starting to think it’s WELL DESERVED.
After only suspending Ray Rice for two games for the brutal beating of his wife, which was a fact regardless of seeing the whole video of it, he caved under public pressure and suspended him indefinitely from the NFL after the whole tape was released.
Then, Goodell came under fire because of his apparent willingness to easily take Ray Rice back.
Now, he might be in serious trouble for apparently lying about never seeing the newer video from inside the elevator on the night of the beating. A source claims the NFL did receive the video and they even have a voicemail confirming the receipt of the video!
When asked about the voicemail, NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy said:

“We have no knowledge of this. We are not aware of anyone in our office who possessed or saw the video before it was made public on Monday. We will look into it.”

Apparently, an unnamed law enforcement agent, who was NOT authorized to release the video (but did it anyway) says he cannot confirm anyone saw the video. Only that he sent it and it was received.
If it turns out Goodell saw that video months ago and still only suspended Rice for two games, people are gonna be pissed.
And for good reason.
