This is heartbreaking.
On Monday, we reported that Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Nicholas Brendon announced he will be entering a 90-day treatment program after a series of arrests and an ongoing battle with substance abuse.

In a heartfelt post to his Facebook account over the weekend, the 44-year-old admitted to unsuccessfully trying to take his own life. Days later, a video surfaced of the troubled actor appearing to slash his wrists twice on a sidewalk in New York last month, before being approached by a man when the clip ends.
