Don’t expect to see Roe and Roc in front of the camera any time soon.
Nick Cannon says he doesn’t want to see his kids with Mariah Carey, Moroccan and Monroe, in showbiz. In fact, he will “absolutely not” encourage them to pursue any careers in entertainment.
He says:
“I just want them to strive for something greater than entertainment. I├óΓé¼Γäóm one of those believers in teachers, professors, heart surgeons. That├óΓé¼Γäós what I├óΓé¼Γäóm rooting for. If I could get a scientist, that├óΓé¼Γäód be amazing.
My wife is so understanding because she├óΓé¼Γäós just as busy and just as focused as I am, so it├óΓé¼Γäós kind of like the perfect match. I love my career and I love being in entertainment, so it never really feels like an occupation.”
We get his position on this. Showbiz can be harsh so why would he want to subject his children to that??
