It seems Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas‘ divorce is about to get pretty ugly.
When the ex-couple decided to separate after seven years of marriage, there was a lot of speculation as to what role Katharine’s kiss with Smash director, Michael Morris, played in the split.
Now it’s clear that kiss-gate is still causing MAJOR drama.
Katharine cites the couple’s separation date as March 15th, 2013, BEFORE she was spotted lockin’ lips with Michael in October 2013.
Nick, on the other hand, claims the two split in May 2014, AFTER the affair.
Katharine better watch out because Nick swears he has texts and emails which prove the two were definitely together when the kiss occurred.
We have a feeling these ex-lovers will be battling this one out for a long time…
