On Thursday, the VERY buff Nick released a tutorial for Now magazine on how to strike the sexiest crotch-grab pose.

In the vid, Nick aptly gives viewers a step-by-step demonstration on how to re-create the celebrated and crotchalicious photos he took for Flaunt magazine back in October.
Nick explains:
“I’m going to be giving you the tutorial on the perfect crotch grab. Now it’s very simple. You need three things: a hand, a crotch and a willingness to do anything.”
