Just because one woman’s light is shining doesn’t mean another one’s has to dim!
But that’s clearly not the feeling within the colossal feud of Mariah Carey Vs Nicki Minaj!
You should be well aware of American Idol‘s taped drama by now. The judges’ claws were out faster than a post-break-up Chris Brown video!
And despite the show’s front of initial cordiality, sources say there was no way these two were ever going to get along.
Insiders insist:
“There was always hostility between the two. Mariah made it clear that she wanted to be the only woman on the [judges’] panel. And Nicki felt Mariah was being passive-aggressive with comments toward her. Nicki felt as if Mariah was trying to [make her feel inferior], and it culminated/exploded in the scene that was leaked.”
So producers held an emergency meeting with the two of them and they all agreed on moving on with POSITIVITY and to never speak of it again with the press.
So when MiMi went to Barbara Walters, sources say that’s when Nicki really got pissed!! One source says:
“Nicki felt blindsided. She feels Mariah is trying to get sympathy by saying she threatened to shoot her, and that the incident never happened.”
And thus… the tweet rant. LOL!!
Only time will tell if these ladies can keep it together for the cameras. But with this much attention surrounding their feud, we wouldn’t be surprised if another incident occurred.
Though hopefully it doesn’t!
If you say you’re gonna move on from something, then move on from it!! This kind of heat is gonna happen when you put two strong heads together. Let it be and let the show go on!!
