Paris isn’t the only Hilton suing in the name of fashion!
Little sister Nicky Hilton just filed a $5 million lawsuit against Eliyahu Cohen and the Asher Group over a clothing deal gone bad.
According to the suit, the Asher Group promised to provide $4.9 million in financing for Nicky Hilton Worldwide and guaranteed the 28 year old an annual salary of $250,000 which would increase by 10% each year.
Now Nicky claims the Asher Group never got financing or paid her salary and spent what money they did have on a $9000/mo personal assistant that ran personal errands unrelated to NHW.
Hilton is seeking a minimum of $5 million in damages to “clean up the mess”.
