Nicolas Cage and his ex-wife Christina Fulton, the mother of his son Weston, are still in a legal battle about Fulton’s home.
Fulton is suing Nic because he promised to transfer the deed of their home to her name when they divorced and did not do so.
Her other claims are that he served her with a 60-day notice to vacate the property in September 2009 leaving her with $1 million tax debt and that the actor subjected her to “mental, physical and emotional abuse.”
In fact she scheduled a press release to go into further details about her abuse claims, but it was quickly canceled when Nic and his lawyers said they would countersue if she went through with the conference.
Yikes!
Sounds like a lot of bad blood and a lot of issues the increasingly broke Cage does NOT want to deal with!
