Harlow Madden was spotted out with her mom, Nicole Richie, having lunch at Cafe Med in West Hollywood on Tuesday.
The two should be joined home by babydaddy Joel Madden any second now. The Good Charlotte rocker just flew back via British Airways, the same airline that discriminated against him for having tattoos.
If Harlow could speak in full sentences, we’re sure she’d say “That’s ridiculous! That bites!”
