Nicole Eggert is continuing to hit Scott Baio with upsetting allegations — but he’s still maintaining his innocence.
According to Eggert, the Happy Days alum has been harassing her via the phone, ever since it was revealed that she went to the police with sexual abuse allegations against him. While stopping by a farmer’s market, Nicole shared that she was forced to hire security in order to combat the ongoing harassment by Baio.

Although Scott hasn’t been leaving any messages, Nicole claims to have “cross checked” the phone number and has confirmed it belongs to the 57-year-old. She also stated that the Joanie Loves Chachi star has repeatedly ordered her to stop publicly shaming him and to only speak to the cops.

Now, these claims are VERY troubling, which is why we aren’t surprised that Baio has flatly denied them. Scott’s rep defended to TMZ that the industry vet has NEVER called Eggert and recently changed his number. So Nicole’s alleged proof isn’t exactly accurate.
Hmmmm, inneresting. We’re curious to see what happens next, especially since Nicole says more Charles In Charge castmates are coming forward to support her accusation.
