Last week, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban strutted into the fashion scene, walking the runway for Miu Miu’s Womenswear Spring-Summer 2025 at Paris Fashion Week… It’s a big step in her career as a model! But critics did NOT go easy on her.

In a TikTok shared by Vogue, the 16-year-old gushes about her first experience walking a runway and how it’s something she’s wanted to do for “so long.” The clip cuts to Sunday’s walk, and it’s… Let’s say, one an aspiring model would have early in her career. But despite being a first-timer, critics didn’t hold back on their judgment… Especially given her “nepo baby” status:

Oof. And momma bear apparently isn’t pleased!
On Wednesday, an insider told DailyMail.com the Big Little Lies star, who shares the youngster with hubby Keith Urban, gave her teen daughter some powerful advice based on her OWN experience in the industry. The source dished:
“Nicole was the same age as Sunday when she landed her first acting role and she was told back then to try something else. Nicole faced ‘no’s’ without having famous parents to shoe her in the door so she understands the criticism but it also upsets her because she is reminded of the hell she went through when she got her start.”
Yeah, that must be hard! No parent wants to see their child go through the same hardships they went through… But when you open yourself to the public on such a high level, it’s difficult to completely dodge haters.
The insider added:
“Ultimately, Nicole and Keith are so proud of her and they are letting her forge her own path. Her advice to her daughter was the same advice she gives herself — do not read social media. She will support her in whatever path she chooses.”
Well, that’s definitely wise advice… Social media can be a pretty toxic place. We saw those comments!
