Clash of the contrasts!

Nicole Richie made a bold styling decision at a promotional appearance on Extra at The Grove on Wednesday.

Pairing an oxblood, floral-print A.L.C. top with striped, baggy Balmain pants, the TV personality looked a bit court jester-esque.

These two pieces need to find their fashion soul mates elsewhere, because they just do not mesh well together.

We will, however, admit that her caramel tan looks phenomsies!
