As reported earlier, Nicollette Sheridan‘s beef with Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry went to trial this week and her team is already planning and prepping a very important witness:
Nicollette herself!
The former Housewife star may be taking the stand in her wrongful termination and battery lawsuit against her former employer.
Jury selection began on Monday and should wrap up today, meaning that the gloves are off! As soon as the opening statements are presented, Nicollette could be one of the first witnesses to take the stand.
Other DH alum such as Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, Marica Cross, Teri Hatcher and Cherry himself are expected to testify, including former ABC big wigs.
The trial is expected to last 11 days.
