Before he died, DJ AM had secured a deal with shoe-wear empire, Nike, for a special line of sneakers. That merchandise has now been put on hold, for the time being.
The shoes are said to be a limited edition release of Nike Dunks, with DJ AM’s personal logo embroidered on it. The company says that they are currently speaking with the family to figure out the “next step in terms of release”.
We’re sure it will go through as Nike sneakers were something DJ AM was very passionate about – he had around 700 pairs!
We think it would be a nice tribute to him.
