Poor momma! Nikki Bella continues to keep it real about her body’s changes through pregnancy. The Total Bellas star, who’s expecting her first child with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev, recently shared an update on how much her feet have swollen in gestation.
It’s all part of growing another human, but the swelling’s gotten so bad Nikki can no longer get around on her own anymore!

Taking to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Nikki divulged:
“I don’t think my feet have ever been this swollen in my entire life. But I can’t even walk anymore! This is so sad.”
Oh no!
The 36-year-old retired WWE Diva is nearing the end of her second trimester and asked her followers if this sort of thing was normal just 15 weeks away from her baby’s due date:
“Does this happen this far out?”
This kind of swelling has been said to increase in expectant mothers closer to the third trimester, but certain factors like summertime heat and standing for long periods of time, among others, can explain why she might be experiencing this uncomfortable side effect so soon. The starlet currently resides in Arizona where temps have reportedly been rising, so, we hope she can stay in the shade and find some relief!
This isn’t the first time the Bellas Podcast host has opened up about the physical transformation that comes with motherhood! Earlier this month, she gave an unfiltered update about pregnancy in quarantine, revealing she has developed pigmentation, grown excess hair, and put on quite a few more pounds since they began sheltering in place. She added:
“Learning to sleep on my side this past month has been a challenge especially bc it has brought a lot of neck pain back and now my cheeks have some fun friends that have joined them (pimples lol) can’t wait to get a facial again!”

As you’re likely aware, Nikki and her twin sister Brie Bella are currently both expecting, with their due dates just weeks apart from each other! In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the pair opened up about being pregnant amid the coronavirus pandemic. The first-time momma admitted:
“I had a really important ultrasound appointment and Artem couldn’t come. I had to go by myself. I was literally in the car, crying. I was like, ‘Just walk in, you’re fine.'”
Brie, who already mom to her 2-year-old daughter Birdie with husband Daniel Bryan, reflected on how different it feels to be pregnant this time around:
“This pregnancy has been a lot harder than when I was pregnant with Birdie.”
