Seems like everyone is making perfumes these days.
And the latest company to jump on board is Nine West who has partnered with Inter Parfums.
Chief executive officer, Richard Dickson, reveals:
“Nine West has been creating dynamic fashion accessories for women since 1978. Our DNA has been about satisfying cravings to be on trend, to be what’s hot and new.
Fragrance has those same emotive qualities. Once you understand the brand and the emotional connection, all of a sudden our going into the fragrance business makes a lot of sense.
We believe the fragrance is a great extension of the Nine West brand.”
The contract is set to last through 2016 but we can expect the first scents out as soon as next year.
No word yet on what type of scents they’ll be creating.
