Some good news for Flo this holiday.
Seems Flo Rida’s lawyers were able to finagle him a sweet deal in his DUI case that effectively kept him out of going to jail. As you might remember, Flo was busted in Miami Beach last June for driving his million-dollar Bugatti with a blood alcohol level of .185.
In case you can’t do the math, that is more than TWICE the legal limit.
Anyway, his legal team was able to persuade the prosecution to show him some lenency as a first time offender. Now, instead of being thrown in jail, he’ll be hitting the books in a DUI first-time offenders program. Should he complete all the require classwork, his charges will be lessened to reckless driving.
Such a deal! Let’s hope he appreciates it and doesn’t let something like this every happen again. Thankfully, no one was hurt this time.
But he shouldn’t press his luck.
