Jon and Kate Gosselin‘s divorce will be finalized within the next 24 hours with the decree being issued today or tomorrow.
But Jon had a separate court dealing today going up against a former lawyer who is suing him for non-payment, which is NOT surprising seeing as how the guy is broke!
But it was during this case that a judge entered the order that Jon is no longer allowed to bring any firearm onto the marital property. Kate’s lawyer Mark Momjian was also in court to represent her interests in the case.
The order comes after photos surfaced of Jon firing a hand gun on his and Kate’s Wernersville, PA property.
Yikes!
Jon is one of the last people who should have a gun with 8 children running around that house!
Real responsible parenting, douchebag!
