Miley Cyrus‘ little sister Noah pulled out all the stops for her 16th birthday, though the event got a little freaky. Miz Cyrus rivaled Nina Dobrev for the best themed party of the week as her (not so) sweet 16 bash was inspired by American Horror Story: Freak Show. LOVES it!

The entire event took place at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel, where little Noah got to rub elbows with AHS type characters.
The brunette beauty even took to Instagram to flaunt (below) some of the quirky characters at her party.

Nonetheless, the creepy celebration was definitely a family affair as the Wrecking Ball singer sang happy birthday to the teenager and Noah’s other sister Brandi Cyrus was the resident DJ. Color us jealous!
Not to mention, everyone at the party was allowed to get dolled up by the professional makeup squad beGlammed. Now that’s dope!
