Kate Gosselin‘s lawyer Mark Momjian is asking a judge to throw out Jon Gosselin‘s primary custody request because the legal documents are full of errors!

Apparently Jon went to the wrong court for child support in addition to other technicalities in the docs. Momjian says:

“There is no ‘Jon Gosselin’ exception to the Pennsylvania [law]. [The papers] are incoherent and filed by someone who clearly didn’t know what he was doing.”

Stoopid!

Was the document written on a napkin again?!
