Now THIS Is Inspiring

You don’t put an age limit on your dreams,” says Dara Torres.

The U.S. Swimmer is 41 years young. She’s also the first swimmer from the United States to compete in five Olympics (1984, 1988, 1992, 2000, and 2008).

She’s also the first woman in history to swim in the Olympics past the age of 40 and the oldest swimmer to win an Olympic silver medal.

On Saturday, she was edged out of Olympic gold in the 50-meter freestyle by one hundredth of a second. The winner, Britta Steffen of Germany, is 24-years old.

Dara! Dara! Dara!!!

You still deserve our kudos, honey!
