Former Oakland Raiders Player Charged For 4 Murders!

This is disturbing.
Anthony Wayne Smith, a former Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders player, is believed to be responsible for not one, but FOUR murders since his NFL career ended in 1998.
He was already set for a retrial in one 2008 murder case when the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office formally charged him for three more on Monday. The accusations are pretty sickening too.
Smith is accused of killing brothers Kevin and Ricky Nettles in 1999, as well as Dennis Henderson in 2001. Along with multiple murder charges, he’s facing allegations of torture, kidnapping and robbery!
Ugh! So sad to see successful people resort to such disgusting acts of crime.
If the allegations are true, we’re glad that the LAPD finally figured out who committed the heinous crimes. Smith’s original murder charge ended in a hung jury last April when the panel could not agree on a verdict.
He’s currently being held without bail and will be back in court on July 17 for his arraignment.
