This family of fifteen may not be home for Christmas because they may not have a home by Christmas!
Octo-Mom aka Nadya Suleman has had some real estate problems in the past, and it appears her history has caught up to her!
The mom of fourteen was living in a five bedroom three bathroom house owned by her friend Tim Chapman who was letting Nadya stay there for free.
But Tim recently sold the property to Lana El-Jor who is upset with the house’s upkeep, and wants the family out of there by Christmas!
Here’s what the landlady said:
“I have had problems refinancing the building myself because of her. That’s one of the things why we have to ask her to leave. The bank refused to support the loan. She is said to have left her houses abused and everything and it worried the bank.”
We guess the landlady has a point that the house is in poor condition, but that’s kind of mean to make her try and leave before Christmas! Plus we’re not sure she legally can do that. It seems like she needs to give them more notice than what she’s giving them.
The landlady seems to believe that Octo-Mom’s kids will be happier if they moved.
She said:
“Fourteen kids need a bigger backyard for sure. I saw they had four bunk beds. I think those were for the little ones. And they had beds in all the other rooms.”
Well, okay, if you’re kicking them out – don’t say it’s for their own good!
Just be honest and say that the value is shizz when they’re living there, and business-wise it only makes sense for them to go.
When you say otherwise you kind of sound like a jerk.
Just sayin‘.
