Mother effer! Why couldn’t she leave well enough alone?!
By now, you’ve all heard the half-a-dozen vicious rant recordings featuring MELtdown Gibson in all his rage and horror, screaming and threatening his baby momma, Oksana Grigorieva.
The law states in California that if a person is not told their conversation is being recorded, it is not admissible in court, unless if the victim (aka Oksana) “believed the conversation related to the commission of any felony of violence.”
No doubt that those recordings are anything less than violent!
But there is a snag – Mel’s team has come up with some rather damaging evidence AGAINST Oksana. There are supposedly several text messages sent from Oksana to Mel in which she clearly states she recorded the conversations because Mel didn’t keep his part of the deal to support her, not because she wanted to prove he had abused her.
With these messages in hand, Mel’s people are set out to prove that Oksana is just a shady gold-digger and that the recordings should be inadmissible in both the custody case and any possible criminal case.
Damn it! This is not good!
