The tornado that tore through Moore, Oklahoma completely demolished Barbara Garcia’s home. Thankfully, she and her dog are okay.
The video of her finding her lost dog live on air has obviously gone viral.
When a Minnesota woman, Erin DeRuggiero, saw Barbara’s story, she knew she wanted to help. So she started a fundraiser to help Barbara find a new home.
Barbara didn’t have homeowners insurance so it’s been tough for her to rebuild her life.
The Build Barbara Garcia A Home Fund has already raised over $44,000 with a goal of $100,000.
