Oksana Grigorieva‘s request for Mel Gibson to undergo psychological testing and treatment was the reason that their arbitration session in May fell apart.
It’s pretty impressive considering she walked away from $20 million, but she is determined to make sure that Mel is not a danger to their baby.
“Oksana felt Mel was dangerous,” claims a source. “She wanted him to be in Lucia’s life, but she was worried about everyone’s safety.”
The mediation session blew up as each side threatened to sue the other by the end of the weekend.
Neither party has returned to arbitration.
