The former House M.D. star was vacationing with her fianc├â┬⌐ Jason Sudeikis in Hawaii this past week, where the two lovebirds enjoyed fun beach activities including paddle boarding — which might explain Wilde’s insanely fit and toned body.

The 30-year-old actress revealed that giving birth changed the way she views herself and has made her less self-conscious.
She explains:
“There’s a certain relaxation in becoming a mother. There seems to be an enormous sense of self-love├óΓé¼┬ª I’m a little more relaxed about how I look; I just don’t think the priorities remain the same. I really care less about what people think. And it’s just a wonderful thing that comes along with gaining perspective.”
