The white flag has been waved!
On Thursday, it was revealed that Halle Berry‘s estranged husband Olivier Martinez does NOT want to wage war with the Oscar winner over custody of their son, Maceo.
As we previously reported, the Extant actress’ former flame counter-filed for divorce after a few hiccups with Halle’s attempt to start the divorce process — which included his request for joint custody.

Sources revealed that the French actor was SO horrified by the 49-year-old’s drama with her other baby daddy Gabriel Aubry that he’s content with a joint agreement.
Apparently, the Paris native witnessed first hand the toll Halle and Gabriel’s bitterness had on their daughter Nahla. Yikes!
In a bit of good news, Miz Berry is rumored to be totally “ok” with the proposed deal. Phew!
Also, Olivier has no intention to return to France despite early reports claiming he wanted to go home. It looks like Hollywood will avoid another Kelly Rutherford-type international custody war.
This entire split could really end in an amicable way.
