Well, he IS the mastermind behind their global takeover!!!

Superstar boy band One Direction has signed a cool $15 million deal with Simon Cowell and his Syco record label to keep him in command until 2016.

A Syco insider spilled:

“Simon Cowell and One Direction are delighted to confirm they have agreed to continue their hugely successful relationship and look forward to many years of continued success.”

Clever boys!

After all Simon has been responsible for their success since throwing the cuties together on the UK version of X Factor back in 2010 ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ he’s doing something right!!!

We couldn’t even imagine anyone else taking the reigns on their wildly successful international ride!
