We couldn’t have thought of a better way to kick off a night of so much EXCITEMENT!
While our beloved Spice Girls rode back into our lives via taxi cab last night to reunite for one helluva performance during the 2012 Summer Olympic Closing Ceremony, it was the far more RECENT British boy band One Direction that took the stage first!
Ch-ch-check out the boy band’s Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson arriving on the flatbed of a truck to make teenage Olympian girls – and all the spectators at home – swoon with their smash single, What Makes You Beautiful (above)!
