Holiday Shoppers Ditching The Mall For The Internet

Either shoppers don’t want to deal with the overcrowded malls or they’re just lazy, but either way it’s good news for online retailers.

Researchers are predicting online purchases will be up 16% this holiday season, with sales totaling a whopping $52 billion.

Wowsa.

Unfortunately for the brick and mortars, sales are expected to rise only 2.3%.

Ouch.
