We are SO excited for Oprah’s return to the big screen, with the filming of The Butler, a historical flick chock full of A-listers!
We guess in ending her talk show, some doors that had remained closed since 1998 — with her role as Sethe in Beloved — have FINALLY reopened!!

Oprah will be playing the role of Gloria Gaines, in the film which tells the tale of a former White House butler who worked over the course of THREE decades!
Other stars featured alongside Oprah? Liam Neeson, Robin Williams, Nicole Kidman, Lenny Kravitz and Oprah’s on-screen hubby, Forest Whitaker…just to name a few!!
The Butler will be directed by Lee Daniels and will be released sometime next year!
