Oregon Zoo Takes Care Of Orphaned Bear Cub

Oregon Zoo Takes Care Of Orphaned Bear Cub

On April 23, the Oregon Zoo received a call from a couple who found a helpless, wild bear cub.
Having no idea what to do, the couple reached out to the zoo and they set up top zookeeper Michelle Schireman.
Schireman normally takes care of cougar cubs so a bear is (literally) an entirely different animal.
The keeper also takes the cub home as he requires around the clock care and weighs only four pounds.
This is normal for a two month old cub…a cub that will turn into a 6 feet, 600 pound BEAST!
Meet Aldo the Bear (above) to see this cutie in action!
