Kelly Osbourne may have been wearing a black Badgley Mischka gown earlier in the evening, but as soon as it was time to party, she changed into something a little more upbeat!
The yellow Georges Hobeika Couture dress gave her a little more wiggle room to party in as the Mischka was a bit tight on her frame.
And then of course there’s the hair. She has her gray locks done up for this wardrobe change. And if anyone wonders when she’ll change her hue, it’s when she turns 30. Or at least that’s when it’s no longer appropriate according to the fashion cop!
