Ozzy Osbourne‘s former mistress Michelle Pugh is continuing to come after Kelly Osbourne!
You might remember, the hairstylist filed a lawsuit against the rock icon’s daughter for harassing her following the affair going public. She also attempted to serve Kell with papers while she was filming Project Runway: Junior, but the server was denied access!

Well, People is now reporting Pugh has decided to follow that up by filing an amended complaint in Los Angeles claiming Kelly attacked her for financial gain as part of a “publicity stunt.” In fact, she alleges the famous 31-year-old “stimulated controversy for the purpose of making money” in order to promote her upcoming memoir, There’s No F*cking Secret.
In a new statement, Michelle’s lawyer Edie Mermelstein says:
“Yes, we have free speech in this country but when speech is hate speech or it’s defamatory or incites bullying or discloses personal information that’s when it rises to a different level. Kelly published Michelle’s private information.”
As we previously reported, the former Fashion Police starlet tweeted out her father’s ex-mistress’ phone number and left the tweet up for a month, despite receiving a cease and desist letter.
Michelle even continued to allege in her updated court docs how Kelly used software to figure out the number to her private landline, and also how Osbourne’s tweet was a “choreographed media play” since her book deal was announced not even a month later.
So. Much. Drama.
As if that wasn’t enough, Ozzy’s ex also had some words for the Black Sabbath frontman and Sharon Osbourne in her complaint, adding:
“[He] continually wooed [her] with false promises and false representations as well as requiring complete discretion regarding their relationship… The relationship was mistakenly characterized as a short term fling and the catalyst to the Sharon/Ozzy divorce rumors.”
