Is this the reason Pam Bondi was so “thrilled” to get publicly fired???
As Perezcious readers know, Pam was set to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee on April 14 amid allegations she f**ked up the release of the Epstein files as Attorney General. But last week, a wrench was thrown in those plans when Donald Trump fired her!
According to a House Oversight spokesperson via Semafor congressional reporter Nicholas Wu on X (Twitter) on Wednesday, Pam will NOT be testifying next week! They announced:
“The Department of Justice has stated Pam Bondi will not appear on April 14 for a deposition since she is no longer Attorney General and was subpoenaed in her capacity as Attorney General.”
What?!

Interestingly, it sounds like there’s still a chance she could go under oath in the future:

Why not just have her come in when she was already planning to?! That’s some BS right there! It comes as her temporary replacement, Todd Blanche, has made it very clear that he wants to move on from the whole Epstein fiasco!
He said on Fox News’ Jesse Watters Primetime last week:
“First of all, I have never heard President Trump say the attorney general was — anything that happened to her had anything to do with the Epstein files. … The Department of Justice has now released all of the files with respect to the Epstein saga. The attorney general and I appeared in front of Congress voluntarily a couple of weeks ago to answer any questions they had. And so I think that to the extent that the Epstein files was a part of the past year of this Justice Department, it should not be a part of anything going forward.”
WTF.
Of course, they’re trying to just brush this all under the rug. SMH.
Under Pam’s leadership, thousands of documents were missing in the DOJ‘s file releases — which were a mess regardless. Victims were exposed while others, like POTUS, appeared to be protected and/or redacted. She should not be let off the hook just cause she’s been kicked to the curb!
