If you’re into weird… and calories… you better get a slice of this quick because it won’t be around forever!
Papa John’s has introduced a new pizza into the lineup: the Chili Pizza and it is topped with Fritos!!!
The pie on deck until November 23rd will consist of “ground beef, chili sauce, Roma tomatoes, onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.”
Here’s what the pizza chain’s chief marketing officer said in a press release:
“Papa is amazed it took 30 years to put it all on a pizza. We finally did, and we’re excited that the pizza will be available for our busiest day of the year, Halloween.”
Papa John’s is also saying they did NOT invent this creation, but rather the Fritos pie has a history that dates all the way back to the 1930’s.
They’re just dusting it off, and bringing it back in style.

We’re not usually a fan of making pizzas more complicated than cheese and bread, but if we’re hungry enough… this looks like something definitely worth going out of our element for!!!
