We guess the excitement just got to her!
Shortly after accepting a well-deserved Emmy for her role on the unfortunately cancelled Pushing Daisies, paramedics were called to tend to Kristin Chenoweth. The tiny Broadway star turned T.V. actress first complained of an extreme migraine and then revealed she couldn’t open her eyes.
The paramedics were able to care for her at the Nokia Theater backstage and shortly after, Kristin left the ceremony. However, according to her reps and her Twitter, she felt much better after some needed rest and even (hopefully) attended some of the after party festivities.
She tweeted:
“sometimes the aura of a migraine. im warding it off w meds then gonna hit the town! thx 4 ur love n well wishes!!!”
We hope she learns to handle her shiz a little better than this when winning awards. Otherwise, they won’t give her anymore!
We kid, we kid. We’re very happy for her. Congrats, Kristin!
