Parents Letting Reddit Name Their Baby -- And It Might Actually End Well!

It takes a bold set of parents to try something as risky as this!
The good news is that it sounds like they’ve got their bases covered should the internet try and name their little girl anything too ridiculous… and it’s working!
A man and his wife have decided to let Reddit help name their daughter, which is due on April 2nd! The naming project — basically a poll — has a few safety nets in place.
Here’s what the father said:

├óΓé¼┼ôUnfortunately Internet I know better than to trust you. We will ultimately be making the final decision, alas my daughter shall not be named WackyTaco692. Sorry guys the wife wouldn’t go for a free for all.├óΓé¼┬¥

During the process, he’s able to clear some inappropriate name suggestions. Like, of course, sexual positions, and STDS.
But that doesn’t mean that EVERYTHING weird is off the list — still on it are heavy hitters like Megatron, Not Zelda, Cthulhu, and Pancake!
Plus, they retain the right to veto any name that ultimately gets chosen. Luckily, it’s sounding like a really pretty name is in the lead right now: Luna Mae.
Amelia Renee is in second!
We would hope that Reddit might show some restraint, especially as voting time runs out!
Hopefully the parents don’t regret this decision!
