Paris Jackson is engaged! But her family are a tad worried about it!
In case you missed it, she revealed her engagement to her partner Justin “Blue” Long in a birthday tribute to him on Instagram Friday. The post featured several pictures and videos of the couple, including one of him down on one knee and proposing. Check it out (below):

Amazing news! While Paris received a ton of congratulations from fans in the comments, her family, on the other hand? They have some concerns about the engagement! An insider explained to Dailymail.com on Friday:
“The Jackson’s are super wary of this relationship, and they have every right to be. It is no secret that Paris has a massive inheritance.”
Paris and her brothers — Prince Michael and Prince Michael II (better known as Bigi) — reportedly have been receiving $8 million each year from their father Michael Jackson’s estate and will inherit around $2 billion altogether once they turn 33. Damn! That’s a lot of money! Now the family wants to make sure it’s protected with an “ironclad” prenuptial agreement:
“They worry that she already foots the bill for most things and now that she is getting married to him, he is also marrying into the Jackson fortune. As soon as the engagement occurred there were talks within the family to make sure that there is an ironclad prenup in place.”
A smart idea. Unfortunately, you never know how things will turn out. Marriages don’t always work out in the long run. And if a divorce happens, you don’t want to end up like one of those couples fighting in court for years over assets because there’s no prenup. Especially when a massive fortune is on the line!
According to the insider, a big reason why the family wants to take precautions following the engagement is due to Paris’ relationship history:
“Paris has hopped from relationship to relationship over the past decade and she has fallen in love almost every time. She says that he is ‘the one’ and everyone would love this to be true. But Paris fears abandonment. This is why she gets so attached every single time.”
Hmm. However, Paris reportedly has no doubts when it comes to Justin! He’s it for her! The insider claimed the 26-year-old singer “swears he is not after her money” and that “it is true love” between them.
