It’s finally settled!
Now hopefully this young lady can get back to living her life!
A decision has finally been made in the Paul Walker‘s daughter’s legal guardianship case, and it looks like Meadow will be taken care of by her mom Rebecca Soteros AND her nanny!
That is what a family court judge decided after Cheryl Ann Walker first applied for guardianship of her granddaughter and then subsequently tried to cancel the trial after reaching an agreement with the mom. Something which L.A. Superior Court Commissioner David Cowan refused her.
Meadow’s court appointed lawyer Amy Nieman told the court that there are “a lot of layers of support for Meadow” in case her mother’s alcoholism rears its head or anything, and Cheryl’s lawyers accepted the deal “in the absence of a better plan.”
Well, hopefully this deal works out for ALL parties involved in this case!
Otherwise everyone may be back in court sooner than anyone would like!!!
