$75 Million??
That’s a whole lotta butter!
Paula Deen is really hoping it’s time to get back into the spotlight — you know, because she was making a TON of money, and when you go through a major scandal you really don’t make as much!
Well, that time could be upon us: she just got a cash infusion worth at least $75 million from a private investment firm.
‘Private investment firm’ sounds super shady when it comes to a TV personality! We don’t know why!
She had her lawsuit dismissed, right? Right! But we guess that doesn’t really change the fact that she admitted so saying some pretty awful things in the past, either!
We’re just curious as to whether or not the public is ready to have her back! For $75 mil, it sounds like this ‘investment firm’ is banking on it!
Apparently she├óΓé¼Γäós formed a new umbrella company for her restaurants, cookbooks, product endorsements and other media deals — and it has a super clever name:
Paula Deen Ventures!
Fine, it wasn’t that clever, but the confidence seems to be there!
It seems possible that this could work!
